BRAINWAVE (read below)

Check My CD List and if you have on record, WELL!!! ...

From initial research. I believe it is not a breach of legislation, if I myself have a CD that you have the record of (or Vice versa). For me to burn a copy, for a minimal fee that covers cost of CDR + postage etc. And provide you with a CD of the album, or music tape that you already own. (Hope makes sense)

If this is not illegal, then I would also be interested in having my music tapes copied.

( List of music tapes ) So, if you have the original CD of any of my listed music tapes, then for no fee we could arrange a straight swap as CDR back-ups.

BACK-UP PROVIDED WITH ANY MUSIC TAPE OR RECORD (Maybe even Video)

Any purchase of a tape or record from YE Shoppe can include a backup on CD For cost of postage $3.00.

This option is also available with VHS or Video.

INFORMATION.

There is a lot of copyright legislation covering what you can and cannot do. And this legislation varies from country to country and even within States!

In general though anyone can copy music such as a record they own on to C.D. If, it is not used for public broadcasting and the original Record remains their property. This would then be classed as a back-up. You will however need to research the legislation that covers your area. Any questions or further information, please contact me.

TURN YOUR RECORDS AND TAPES INTO CD "FOR FREE" READ BELOW

Keep an eye on this page if it is an area of interest to you, as it is not difficult to perform, (I can do it! so believe me) and there is a lot of good software available to perform this. I hope to provide an awful lot of information on this subject for everyone. Records and tape back-up, is already being offered by some companies for a very reasonable fee. Though very few are actually removing the surface noises of records such as hiss and scratch, or providing a break between tracks. To remove hiss and scratch can be a very time consuming task, so prices vary accordingly.

Stay tuned for MORE INFO on how to burn music.
